Just Clowning Around has been providing face painting around the Canberra region since 1983 which makes us not only Canberra's most experienced event service providers, but one of the most experienced service providers in Australia. Our reputation has been built by providing exceptional quality products and services.

Our Skill Level:

Our managers visit international shows and training courses to ensure that our staff have access to the latest trends, accessories, equipment and training. Our lead facepainter has attended training at conventions in the United States every three years. This training is passed on to all Just Clowning Around facepainters to ensure your child is getting the very best facepainting at their party. Each staff member undergoes rigorous training before their first job to ensure our high standards are maintained. Ongoing training opportunities are provided to our facepainters to ensure our techniques and designs are always improving.

Our Speed:

When you need face painting of the highest quality in a short amount of time...only Just Clowning Around facepainters will do! Put simply, our facepainters produce higher quality face painting in a shorter amount of time than anyone else in the Canberra region. Able to complete 15 high quality full faces an hour at birthday parties (even more at corporate events) makes our specialist facepainters ideal for any sized event.

Our Range of Faces:

With over a dozen set-designs our facepainters have all the usual requests covered, from fairies and butterflies to Spiderman and skeletons. We pride ourselves on the creativeness of our facepainters and their ability to design a face on a child's request...this is due to the majority of our facepainters being involved in creative arts such as graphic design, visual arts and design.

Our Materials:

We use hypoallergenic, low-sensitivity, water-based professional Grimas facepaints in up to 20 shades, and combine it with professional face glitter.
Our facepainters provide all the materials that they require: paints, brushes, sponges, tables, chairs...so sit back and let us do the work.

Fun, colourful, interactive entertainment that's great for kids' parties, community events, festivals, carnivals, nightclubs and more! They will delight both children and adults and add fantasy and fun to your event.

Face painters are available for a minimum 1 hour booking and come to your event fully equipped with paints and brushes. They can also bring a table and chairs if you are unable to provide them. Please just advise us at time of booking.
